Mission Statement

Our mission is to continue to excel as specialists in the management of student housing owned by non-profits. 

We do this through:

• Remaining focused on managing on-campus student housing and the critical role housing plays in the success of students and institutions.
• Understanding the demands and challenges placed on administrators and the institutions they serve.
• Being a partner willing to customize innovative approaches which bring out the strengths of both university stakeholders and our management professionals.
• Continuing to be a good employer who values recruiting and retaining high quality, on-campus housing professionals who are committed, creative, and experienced.
• Helping institutions to recruit, retain and connect students to the campus.
• Providing corporate support services to our management associates and owners tailored to the unique nature and requirements of the non-profit ownership structure.

iPromise Statements

The iPromise Statements were created in January 2012 with collective input from all Capstone On-Campus Management staff.  It was an opportunity for our team to identify and own our commitment to excel! We utilize these iPromise Statements with our colleagues, students and campus clients.
